This used to be the Locomotive Workshop in Sydney. At its peak, it was the best there was in the Southern Hemisphere... The building has been referbished, however, they left a lot of the original structure and features, and build office and exhibition space detached inside the building. I find this an absolutely facinating building.. This is the main place for exhibitions and events. Its been used from everything like the MTV Awards in 2008, Animania (Australian Anime, Manga event), they mark the HCS there, and it was the Police Command Centre during the World Youth Day ceremonies. I like it best when it is like this, however. Its hautingly beautiful and austere, full of absolute stillness, the echos of the past, and the smell of industry faintly clings. Of a night, its lit up with pools of light, and shadowed mysteriously...
